Flashing (Blinking) Amber Power Button Light - 3400MP

I have a 3400MP which the bulb was recently replaced (8 hrs currently on counter).  It powers up and displays the image just fine, with the fan running.  About a few minute, the display cuts out, and the power button light starts blinking amber or red.

Hitting the button after a few minutes returns the projector back to normal operation, until a few minutes later, the cycle repeats.

Any thoughts?

The fan can be audibly heard, and hot air can be felt blowing out the vents on the side (left if looking at it from the rear).

I think someone had used a can of compressed air to blow out any dust.  I'm not sure if they replaced the fan or not, so many it's blowing in the wrong direction?

Other than the video diagnostics (cycling color test), is there any other diagnostic I can look at?  Anything similar to a resource monitor to see fan speed and/or system temp?
