Dell M110 to a Wii & XBOX

I purchased my Dell M110 and am very happy with it.

I am looking to use it at our church for game nights. My first question is, How do I connect my Wii up to it, It appears there is no way to connect it utiliziing the cable from the wii. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

I have no trouble connecting an Xbox via HDMI but, here is the second question, How do I(or can I) attach a set of speakers to get louder sound.
