Dell M109S troubles

Is there a solution to fix Dell M109S DLP projector? Such as reset LED timer if any exist or something like this. Projector works more than 1 year but LED isn't work 10 000 hours of resource so i don't know whats happen with them. Brightnes is low and regulary this amber screen like overheat but projector is not overheated. I try to disassemble projector but can't remove case coz it's stuck on objective. Communicate to Dell support is not make me advis. Reset to factory preset is not help to me.
