Dell 4320 Projector Video over Ethernet

I did not see in any documentation, and the basic level 1 support staff does not understand my question.

I am looking for the protocol and ports that are used for this projector to transmit the display over the ethernet so that a firewall exception can be made for the traffic. I did not see these specifications in the standard documentation. Can someone please help me out?

I have never heard of our Projectors being able to transmit the video signal through the ethernet jack?

In your projector put an ip adress of your subnet, put a reservation in your DHCP.  Put an exception for that device in your firewall.   Once you hit that ip adress through your laptop or destop internet browser, you will be redirected on teh page where you can download the samell dell_4320.exe client.  Install it and thats it. We use it here through are lan and even though our wan (over vpn and it works)
