Dell 3200MP

Question

When i turn the projector on, all i get is a white screen, and you can just barely see the word 'Dell'. It doesn't matter what computer i hook the projector up to. Then when i try to shut the projector off, the only way to do it is to un-plug it. Powerbutton won't work.

It isn't under warranty anymore. Any chance i can get parts for it?? and if so, do you know which parts i would need?? Thanks!

andreanichols, If under warranty, get it replaced. You may use Chat or Email support to setup the projector exchange.

andreanichols, We do not have parts. Your best bet is find a local TV/Projector repair shop. They might have parts.

Do you happen to know which part would need to be replaced?? I have the same type of projector here  that i use for spare parts. Thanks for your help.
