Dell 3200mp remote problems

I have a Dell 3200mp projector. The remote was misplaced so I had to order a new one. There was no specific remote for this projector so I ordered the remote for the 3400mp. The model no. is TSER-IR01. The power key and menu keys work fine but I can't get all of the other keys to workk such as the mouse clicker, blank screen, etc. Is there a way to program this remote or some driver or software I can download to help with this?
