Dell 3100MP Projector Fast Flashing Green Light Issue

After a air canister cleaning to remove dust, the unit powers on normally, bulb turns on fine, passes the startup dell logo, runs for 50 seconds no temp or bulb lights on, then the unit suddenly power off totally, no fans running, nothing only a fast blinking power light. If you try to turn it on, nothing happens. only unplugging the power does the trick, the problem is the cycle just repeats itself.

Any ideas, I have to assume the dust didnt get cleaned out or got stuck somewhere??
