DELL 2400MP Projector

I have recently bought the 2400MP to use at my church for multimedia presentations. I have a problem in that whenever I switch from a powerpoint presentation to a video clip, a message appears 'searching for source' and then a DELL initialisation screen appears before the actual video clip. I assume there must be a way of stopping it doing this but I cannot find it ??

Hi Mike!   Are you saying that the Dell screen displays for a few seconds and then it switches to your video clip?  I'm using my 2400MP at church too and I don't *think* we see that going from PC to video, but it definitely takes a few seconds to switch back from video to PC.  I'll check it out further and let you know if you're interested.
