Greetings

I must say that I am having the same problem and came to this forum to look for a solution.  The projector is out of warranty and the picture went blurry.  I thought that it was the bulb and ordered a replacement.  I have installed the new bulb and the picture is still blurry.  Imagine my frustration because I use the projector for work too.

I am hoping that someone does have a solution.  Help

Desparate.

It seems this is a common problem. We also have a 2200MP used for presentations etc. and the ability to focus the image has gone out of whack. The focus ring and lever work but the focus is never crisp regardless of the display settings on the computer. Has anyone out there successfully addressed this? It is out of warranty. If the answer is to replace the projector, it' won't be with a Dell that's for sure.
