Can't get help placing an order

I tried to place an order for a Dell projector online Saturday evening.  I had errors placing the order, so I ordered by phone.  I never got an email, so Monday I chatted and got a tracking number.  The projector shipped, but none of the accessories that were ordered.  To make a long story short, I spent four hours on chat and on the phone yesterday, and the sales rep was unable to get the order placed.  She said a manager would contact me yesterday, but I never received a call.  I left two messages for the sales rep, but she has not responded.  I need help now.

I finally got in contact with a Customer Care manager and hopefully he will ship the accessories.

Saurabh, I have never been contacted by the "customer care manager" after I received the projector.  I sent you an email.  Thanks.
