Black & White Screen...Need Help Turning Back to Color

We just recently purchased a new Dell 2400MP Projector for the camp I work at.  It has been working great, until just recently when someone tripped over the cords and pulled it out from the computer it was connected to.  Now, all it will display is black and white colors.  Both the computer and projector are displaying colored pictures themselves; however, when they are connected to one another only black and white show up.  We are currently using an S-Video cord and USB port to connect the two.  Is it possible that one of the cords could have been damaged?  Both look to be okay, but we are getting really frustrated with trying to figure out what is happening.  Any and all suggestions would be welcome.  (we tried Dell's online Tech support, but it appears to be offline right now which we think is pretty ridiculous).
