5100MP reseting to factory when powered off

Recently my 5100MP projector is unable to save its settings upon powering down the unit. Ive used the ' Factory Default ' option in the menu, and it did fix it once. However it does not seem to be working again.

I was wondering if there were any others having the same issue, and if you had fixed it; what steps did you take to correct this issue?
