5100MP heavy rainbow effects

I've a 5100MP Projector revision A00. The problem that occurs are heavy rainbow effects especialy if there are a lot of dark and white parts in the picture and I do have tearing problems.
It doesn't matter if I use any HDTV content, computer output or just a regular television picture. I tried HDMI, VGA and component cable. It didn't help. I got headache from this picture.

Is there a way to reduce the rainbow effect? Has Dell a hidden service menu or is it possible to flash the firmware or replace it? I.e. Some Sony HDTV projectors offers a hidden service menu for technician to fix certain issues.
