4100mp Picture quality problem Pixelation/Snow/Static

Hello, I recently purchased a 4100mp from a friend, upgrading from a 3300mp. The 4100mp after about 10 minutes of being on starts displaying what looks like static when something such as clouds/something bright and white is on the screen. It looks like pixels are moving/flickering. But its not just in one area its anywhere that shows something bright. Ive cleaned the unit with compressed air, and theres no dust, and the fans are functioning properly. Has anyone else seen/heard of this issue? It goes away as soon as i unplug the red component cable when using components. And it still does it using the m1 cable to vga. I never had this problem with my 3300mp, and now Im regretting swapping it out. Please help! Brandon Jackson
