3400MP - Frequent Lamp Failures

We recently purchased a 3400MP and quickly burned out 2 Lamps with less than 20 hours of service each.  Dell provided a replacement of the projector and the Lamps at request.
 
Using the new unit we burned out another lamp with less than 10 hours of service.  We've been following the instructions in the User's Manual, to a fault, so it is not operator error.
 
Has anyone else had this type of experience with the 3400MP?  Resolution?

Natshooter,

Get the projector exchanged.

If you have a service tag number, you may use Chat or Email support to setup the monitor exchange.
If you only have an Order number, you must call in,
1-800-624-9896. They will need the following information -
Name, address, phone, email address
Order number
Issue
Troubleshooting done
No Events found!
