3200MP, broken M1-DA??
Hi everyone,
I've been merrily watching world cup soccer on my 3200MP using my cable box at 1080i. The other day, I got no image at all. So, I disconnected the "component/M1DA" cable, and connected the "VGA/M1DA" cable and hooked up my laptop. The image was almost entirely blue and distorted.
When I hooked up my nintendo gamecube to the M1DA slot, no image. When I hooked up my gamecube to either svideo or the compositite video jack (the single yellow one), it worked perfectly.
This almost certainly means that my M1DA slot is broken, but what can I do about this? Is this possibly an issue with an old bulb (900 hours).. It's no longer in warranty (bought in 1/2004), so I'm not sure what I can do. Is it possible to fix the M1DA slot alone? It didn't look like there were any loose pins or anything.
Need help! Thanks!
