3200 MP Lamp Problems

My 3200 MP Projector started acting a little weird about a month ago. The projector would occasionally boot up and the LAMP light would glow orange, which would not allow me to display any images. If I turned the projector office and back on than most of the time that fixed the problem. Than the problem starting happening more frequently making me not able to use the projector. I order a new Lamp and changed them out, yet this did not remedy the situation. Has anyone run into this problem? Everytime I turn on the projector the lamp light goes on and the screen goes dark. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...
