3100MP Projector Green Image

I've been using my 3100MP and the bulb has very low hrs on it but now there is a green shading and I've tried everything I can to adjust the tint etc.  The images have a fading ghost like shadow.  I am not very technical, so any help you can give is greatly appreciated.
