2400Mp Flashing Lamp + Temp

I have a 2400mp that has recently had the lamp replace as it was over 2000+ hours.  This was about 300+ hours of lamp time ago.  Recently it started while working fine switching to solid colors and the Lamp and temp LEDs are alternating.  You could turn the system off and wait a few minutes then turn it back on and the problem would go away.  Now it will come back on then start flashing in a few minutes. Note it never seem to lockup like this while on a VGA signal.  Also i could get it to come back but looking for new monitors (linux PC) and it would come out of the flashing led/colors and work fine. The LEDs for lamp and temp would still flash but the sytem would continue working fine.  Now the system is unuseable.

Any Ideas

I have already disassabled it and cleaned it throughly
