2300mp projector both warning lights flashing?

Hello,

I have a Dell 2300mp and when I attempt to power up the unit both of the warning (temp and bulb) lights flash twice and nothing else happens.  The green power light still flashes but thats it.  Any ideas on what the problem could be would be most appreciated.  I haven't seen any info anywhere on two flashing warning lights.
