1200MP Projector powers on but not responsive...

This projector will power on and I can see light coming from the lense.  It projects a blank image but past that it is not responsive.  It wont even power down,  I have to disconnect the power to get it to shut off...  I've attemped holding down on the menu button for 15 seconds.  Does anyone have any idea what's going on?  My service tag is:
