1100mp driver for Windows XP Media Centre

I have a new Acer Aspire 5634LMi T5600 Laptop with Windows Media Centre Edition. I wish to use it with my 1100MP projector. with monitor cable and usb cable the screen is not projected and when windows tries to install the projector it fails even when allowed an internet search for the driver. Where cn I get a driver and /or what can I do to get the computer and projector talking. I can get my old laptop with Windows millenium to work perfectly with no problem.
