XPS 13 9370, Dell Power Manager, only balanced profile?

Dell 9370 with fresh windows 10 pro 64 bit installation and all drivers available for my model (Dell Command Power Manager, Dell Power Manager app from Windows Store and etc.) i still get only one Power Profile - Balanced. Is that ok ? In Dell Power Manager App in the battery settings it says that I  am using Balanced power plan. Should it be like that and oll the rest is being set via power manager automatically ? Or I should be able to manage the max and min Cpu states and so on ?
