Why can't I access dell shop?

When I first click on the dell shop app it just shows a blank screen. Then when I click on an icon I get this message

Am I missing something?

I have an Inspiron 3552

Open Shop from the link on the top of this Forum page instead of using an App. Or use this link in your browser--

http://www.dell.com/en-us/shop

Make sure you have chosen a default browser.
