When i try to connect wifi it shows unknown the dependency service or group failed to start

If you haven't already done so, re-boot your router/modem as instructed in the How-To Geek article How to Reboot Your Router and Modem (i.e., unplug the power cord, wait ~ 30 seconds, plug it back in, and wait until the indicator lights on your modem/router show it has established a fresh connection to your ISP).  This will often fix a poor or unstable internet connection.

If that doesn't help let us know your Dell computer model, your Windows OS [if Win 10 or Win 11 open a Run dialog box (Windows key + R) and enter winver to find the version and OS build number] and BIOS version.  To find your current BIOS version open a Run dialog box, enter msinfo32 to open your System Information, and look for the field named "BIOS Version / Date" in the summary.

Also let us know the make / model and current driver version of your WiFi/wireless adapter shown in Device Manager, and confirm that the General tab of your device properties states "This device is working properly." under Device Status (see the Lifewire article How Do I View a Device's Status in Windows?).  From my Inspiron 15 5584, which has a QCA9377 wireless adapter:

The Appuals 24-Apr-2024 article Fix: The Dependency Service or Group Failed to Start discusses one possible cause of your error message. Please confirm the Diagnostic Policy Service mentioned in that article has a Status of "Running" in your Windows Services. From my Inspiron 15 5584:
