Virus protection threat noted on Dell Unified Wireless Suite files
I have a brand new Latitude 3560 and as soon as I installed AVG, I started getting threat detections on Dell Unified Wireless Suite files. The latest one is the /spectral/socketserver,exe. The first time, I selected 'allow exception' for the file, but now that I have a 2nd warning on another file, I'm not sure what to do. Any ideas?

DEBAC,
I cannot say why your AVG software is a threat detection. The software is not a virus. You can possibly set the avg sw to ignore the software as a threat.

OK. That is what I have done. We'll see if any more pop up. Thank you.

I do note that my network tray icon now has a red x through it although I am actively connected to the internet.
