Unable To Download My Microsoft Gift Cards

I have not been able to download my two $5 Microsoft gift cards from the Dell digital locker. Error says Pending Validation - please check back in 30 minutes. But it has been several days since I purchased them. Will file a credit card charge back dispute if you can't resolve this quickly. Thank you.
