Trying to use Dell OS recovery tool service tag # not recognized
Trying to Download & Install Dell OS Recovery tool onto wired desktop so I can make windows 11 on USB stick to overinstall windows 11 onto above laptop that is locked up (Inspirion 16 7610), but ST ***private info removed*** is not being recognized
I get error message of "No OS images for the tag, though images exist for the product"
No Events found!

Verify your system configurations on Dell support site if Windows was ordered and shipped with your system. If you did ordered Windows, the license should be embedded on motherboard already. You can download and run Windows Media Creation Tool to make a USB installer. It will be a lot quicker but you will need to download and install Dell apps manually afterward.
