The file is incomplete
Hi there! Please help!
I have one file which I cannot open in MS Access.
It was created a few years ago using Access 2007 on a PC running Windows 7
I have installed Access 2013 on my current PC OptiPlex 5050 Micro running Windows 10 and I get 2 errors: 1. Unable to read file 2. The file is incomplete
Steps taken so far:
- I have re-installed Access
- tried opening in older versions
- did an update from Microsoft site
I can load and save new files without problem. Any suggestions?

You could try repairing the corrupt *.mdb file.
https://www.google.com/search?q=repair+microsoft+access+files
But even then, some tables/data will likely still be missing. It would be better to load-up an old backup of the un-damaged file instead.
If you need further assistance, I suggest you contact Microsoft. They support their Microsoft Access application.
