Recently had hardware replaced and...
Everything, except for a few essential programs, was deleted from my computer. On the phone, the man I was talking with had told me that i wouldn't be losing any memory. He lied to me or just didn't understand what I was asking. Anyway, I can re-download most of my programs and I'm not really worried about all of my documents, but my main problem is Microsoft Office 2010. I have no idea how or even if I can re-download it without having to buy it again. I still have my product key but I can't seem to find a way to get it back. I had the Microsoft Office 2010 Home & student pack and it had come already downloaded onto my computer.
How can I get these programs back without having to buy them again?

Thank you!
It worked, though I had to work around it a little bit by going online to Microsoft and looking at my purchases. Through this I noticed a link above the purchases that said "click here to use an existing product key," or something along those lines. Now I have Microsoft Office 2010 back and working!
Thanks again!
