Several ways, Defraggler perhaps, new storage even and maybe more ram.

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

Try pc cleaner software or remove cache and junk files. You can take help of google as well for recolve this issue.
