Outlook Return Email contains only original text

I have a blackberry email forwarder and emails I've sent out of MS Office Outlook are replied to and I find the response on my Blackberry, but when the response arrives on outlook it only contains the orginal message.  any thoughts?

have you gotten an answer to this because this problem is really frustrating me. I can see the reply on my webmail but not in Outlook. And, it only happens with certain clients that e-mail me.

One thing I did check was "read all standard e-mail in plain text." and I think that worked. the problem is, if you use rich text and/or HTML like I do, then all of your e-mail will be devoid of color or special text/pictures.

Help. I can't communicate with two clients because their replies aren't showing up
