Other software installed by Dell or not?
I just purchased a Dell Pro Max 16. Cost: $4,777. I thought that ordering PDF solutions, Media solutions, Windows 11 Pro, and a couple others that they would arrive pre-installed for me. But I recently read that it may not be installed. My order arrives on May 16. Of course, I don't want to install any of this - that's why I spent $4,777. Will this be installed for me?

Hi
I expect W11 will start an install process as soon as the battery is charged an you begin the initial process, answering questions about your locale, user name, internet access, MS account details and all the privacy / access screens.
The other software may be in the bundle, or you may get links or licence details on your invoice, but I do not really know as I am not privy to the terms and conditions of your purchase.
If in doubt please ask.
