Office Home and Student 2021 Not Activated After Motherboard Replacement (Dell G15)

Hi Dell Community,

I recently purchased a Dell G15 laptop from Flipkart. Here are the details:

• Ship Date: April 16

Soon after purchasing, I faced an issue with the built-in microphone. I raised a support request with Dell, and a Dell technical engineer visited and initially formatted the laptop, assuming it might be an OS-related issue. However, after further troubleshooting, it was diagnosed as a motherboard issue, and the motherboard was replaced.

After the motherboard replacement, the microphone issue was resolved. However, I noticed that Microsoft Office Home and Student 2021, which came bundled with the laptop, is no longer activated.

Could someone please guide me on how to reactivate Office 2021 on my laptop after the motherboard replacement?
