Need Office 2013 Home & Student Product Key

I bought a Dell Inspiron One 2350 in October, 2013. It came with Windows 8 but was upgraded to 8.1 right after arrival by Dell Tech Support. Last year I upgraded it to Windows 10. I purchased Microsoft Office 2013 Home & Student with the computer. It was installed by Dell, and a DVD was not provided. Now I am faced with the need to do a clean install of Windows 10 because of operating system corruption problems. How can I replace Office following the Windows 10 installation? Will Dell tell me what my Office Product Key is? Or is there a way to obtain it from the computer? The computer is still running in a degraded mode, with many of the new Windows 10 features not operating, but Office is running satisfactorily.

The product key for the Microsoft Office that is ordered with the system, is shipped as a MPI card (Microsoft Product Identifier) along the with the system. Please visit the link below to download the Microsoft Office using the product key card:
