My Dell Downloads doesn't let me in

Question

I want to download Webcam Central 2.0, which I uninstalled due to a driver issue. I now want to reinstall, but My Dell Downloads doesn't let me past the End User License Agreement. I click on the terms and conditions agreement, it then brings up an arrow to register my computer. Even though it has been registered for 3 years, it is the only option given. I click to register my computer and the register arrow disappears but I'm left on the same page with no way to continue.
