See my 05-Oct-2025 reply in your cross-post in Bushy2006's MyDell and Dell Update installation problems.
The Dell support article Transition to the New Dell Optimizer states the new Dell Optimizer v6.x is replacing MyDell v3.x and many other Dell utilities and that "installation of Dell Optimizer 6.0 or newer removes the older versions of any related applications".
The section titled "End of Life and End of Support dates for Dell legacy applications" in that support article also shows the MyDell v3.3.54.0 app (MyDell-Application-Full-Installer_KV41R_WIN_3.3.54.0_A00.EXE, rel. 06-Sep-2024) listed on <here> on your Inspiron 15 3530 support page reached end of life on 23-Jun-2025.
