My Dell app, XPS 8940, GTX 1660 Super disappears

Weird thing happened today which has caused me to uninstall "My Dell" program. I was opening it up to check it because it has been glitched for the past few days only showing the programming language when opened. This time something different happened; it froze, my second monitor went down and stopped working as my GPU crashed and drivers disappeared from my system. I had to restart as NVIDIA was claiming " you no longer have a NVIDIA GPU in your system." Reinstalled drivers and all was good; GPU appeared active and working, tried opening "My Dell" again and the same process had to be repeated. Dell, please fix this. Why is one of your apps causing computer functionality issues?
