My dell app is not downloading from Microsoft store

Three months ago I bought the Dell XPS 7390 (2019). The laptop came pre installed with all dell apps. However, since the last two weeks I haven't been able to open the My Dell app. So I uninstalled it and went to reinstall it from the Microsoft store. However, I am not able to download the app. The store shows that I own the app but it won't install. HELP PLEASE!!!
