Lost Adobe Acrobat Licence After Rebuild

I have a simple query relating to a dell desktop purchased in 2013. It is great,  I love it, it is perfect for my needs. Reliable & sturdy – bullet proof. You can get PC’s cheaper elsewhere but nowhere near as good. Can’t say the same for upgrade to Windows 10 but hey-ho. DVD drive has broken but that may be something to do with the damp biscuit my toddler inserted. Who uses CD’s or DVD’s any more anyway?

However…. It needed a rebuild – after 3 years fair enough! No complaints there either.

When I bought the PC, I ordered Acrobat X. It either came pre-loaded or there was a link to click – can’t remember but I do know there was no documentation or licence keys.

Easy I thought – go to Dell website. Log in, type in service tag and download software & licence. Other pre-installed software was there, but Acrobat wasn’t!

How do I go about getting the download and licence?

All assistance is very much appreciated!

CLAUDIAJM,

You can click the link below to download and install the software that came installed on your computer. You will need to register at the site.

Thank you for the reply. I have logged on and it recognises my log in and the service tag is correct, but the Adobe Acrobat download is not there. I have found the Dell receipt for the computer (same service tag) and the Acrobat was definitely purchased.

How do I reinstall the software?

Many thanks

Try the link below to get the software. You will need to add information to download.
