Hi @UsmanAwan :
If the Dell service warranty for your Latitude E6430 has not expired you can click the blue "Get Help Now" button at the bottom of this forum page to start a live chat session with Dell Support.
I'm not a Dell employee, but I purchased my Dell Inspiron 15 5584 laptop in 2018 and the Dell Power Manager v3.x application that originally shipped with my laptop was discontinued in November 2018, and I now use the power manager feature built in to MyDell v2.2.6.0 ***. See the image in my 24-Sep-2024 post in Almighty1's topic XPS 15 9570 - How to Reinstall My Dell App? as well as my comments in that post about the difference between the "old-style" MyDell v2.x UWP (Universal Windows Platform / Microsoft Store) app and the "new-style" MyDell v3.x application for newer Dell computer models.
*** NOTE: MyDell v2.2.6.0 requires Fusion Service v2.2.14.0 to run correctly.
What versions of MyDell, Dell Power Manager and Fusion Service are currently installed on your computer, and do you use a Dell utility like Dell SupportAssist v4.x or Dell Command | Update v5.x to check for updates for your computer? I checked the Latitude E6430 support page at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/latitude-e6430/drivers and if this is the correct support page for your Latitude computer *** then I do not see Dell Power Manager v3.x or the new MyDell v3.x listed there as recommended software. If I search your support page for "power" the only result I can find is for the Intel Processor Power Management Utility v38.5 (released 17-Dec-2020).
*** NOTE: Dell has separate support pages for the Latitude E6430 ATG and Latitude E6430s models.
Please go to the Latitude E6430 support page at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/latitude-e6430/drivers, click the This Device tab as shown below, and enter you unique Service Tag to display the Dell software and drivers that match the hardware components for your specific system configuration. Do you see MyDell v3.x, Fusion Service v2.x, or any type of power management software (e.g., Intel Processor Power Management Utility, Dell Command | Configure, etc.) recommended for your system in that filtered list? It appears to me that Dell hasn't released any new Dell software or drivers for the Latitude E6430 since October 2023.
-----------
Dell Inspiron 15 5584 * 64-bit Win 10 Pro v22H2 build 19045.4894 * Firefox v130.0.1 * Microsoft Defender v4.18.24080.9-1.1.24080.9 * Malwarebytes Premium v5.1.10.127-1.0.5021 * Macrium Reflect Free v8.0.7783 * Dell Update for Windows Universal v5.4.0 * My Dell v2.2.6.0 * Fusion Service 2.2.14.0
