lack of product key for windowsoffice
I purchased a Dell desktop including McAfee and MS home office, this was delivered, on attempting to set it up the the software kept reverting to Dutch, 3 different Tech support calls later the desktop was exchanged.
on arrival of the new unit the packing list was missing the MS home office, I called Dell who via tech support passed me to MS, who after a lot of help stated its Dell who will supply the product activation code
