It would seem to be a licence key issue.

• Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation.

• If Windows isn’t activated, select Troubleshoot and follow on-screen steps.

• Open a command prompt as administrator or hit Windows+R, type slui.exe, and enter your valid product key when prompted.

• Alternatively, use Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Change product key.

• If using a MAK/KMS key, ensure it matches your edition/license type.

• As admin, run these commands, replacing XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX with your key:

  • slmgr -upk

  • slmgr -cpky

  • slmgr -ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

  • slmgr -ato
