Inspiron 3780 wake on lan not working after shutdown

Wake on lan after complete shutdown is not working on my system

I mostly followed this link

My system:

• windows 11 with last updates installed
• Bios version 1.26.0  date 9/12/2023
• WOL enabled in BIOS (deep sleep setting not found)
• Realtek PCIe FE family driver 10.68.815.2023
• Fast boot disabled
• NetBios over TCP/IP enabled
• netword card  wol advanced properties and power management accordingly enabled
• registry S5WakeOnLan set to 1 and PowerDownPII set to 0

Has someone faced this situation and found a solution ?
