Inspiron 13 5310, DPMS was deleted services when I turn on
Inspiron 13 5310
DPMS (Dell Power Manager Services) was deleted services when I turn on my laptop. After installing DPM (Dell Power Manager) I use it normally but after about 1 to 2 days when I open it I get this message:
and when I press download, I get this message and get out. For temporary use I can only uninstall and reinstall this is very annoying.

* The AC power adapter must be connected to the laptop
* Uninstall the currently installed DPMS (Dell Power Manager Service) and/or the Windows Store DPMS
* When done, restart the laptop
* Download/Save the PMS 3.10.0 as shown on the Inspiron 13 5310 drivers page to the Windows desktop
* Right click the "saved" file on the Windows desktop, choose "Run as administrator". Follow the prompts
* When done, restart the laptop
* Retest Dell Power Manager
* Do NOT let Windows Updates install the Windows Store DPMS or install it yourself

Hi Hoang99:
If you have the latest My Dell v2.2.4.0 app (available on the Microsoft Store) then you don't need the standalone Dell Power Manager v3.x - your power management is now integrated with the My Dell app as shown below. I have an Inspiron 5584, and if I launch My Dell from my Start menu, scroll down to the Power tile and click on it to open the Power Manager interface then the Settings tab shows that I am currently using the "Always AC" power plan.
If I recall correctly Dell Power Manager v3.9.0 was the last standalone version of this program that was listed on my Inspiron 5584 at Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features, and Dell Power Manager v3.9.0 was automatically uninstalled from my system in late 2021 after Dell Power Manager v3.10.0 was released. If you read the "Fixes & Enhancements" section of release notes <here> for the Dell Power Manager v3.10.0 installer (Dell-Power-Manager-Service_KDHHR_WIN64_3.10.0_A00.EXE, rel. 04-Nov-2021) that is offered on your Inspiron 13 5310 support page it says "Added the option in the Dell Power Manager installer to uninstall Dell Power Manager version 3.10 when MyDell version is 1.8.35, 1.9.2, or later."
I don't know why your Inspiron 13 5310 isn't listed a s a compatible system in the release notes <here> for the current Dell Power Manager Service v3.14.0 (Dell-Power-Manager-Service_8678V_WIN64_3.14.0_A00.EXE, rel. 03-Apr-2023) but the "Important Information" section of the release notes for this newer installer states that "The Dell Power Manager is now integrated into Dell Optimizer and MyDell Application...For Dell Latitude, Precision, and OptiPlex users, download the latest version of the Dell Optimizer application...For Dell XPS, Inspiron, and Vostro users, download the latest version of the MyDell application."
