i lost my ms office from the laptop

What is your Dell computer model and Windows OS version and build (if this OS is still installed).  I assume you mean you now have a dual-boot system and MS Office was somehow removed from your Windows OS partition during the Ubuntu installation, but please correct me if that's wrong.

Also, what Microsoft Office product did you loose?  For example, was it the free 30-day trial of Microsoft 360 that ships from the factory with many new Dell computer models, or did you purchase a license for Microsoft 360 or a perpetual (non-subscription) edition of MS Office like Office Home & Business 2024?  If you purchased a licensed product also let us know if you bought it from Microsoft, Dell or some other authorized reseller.

If the Dell/Alienware Digital Delivery app is installed on your computer you might be able to use this app to find information about any software licenses purchased through Dell.
