How to get back images form INT (Dell Recovery)?

I wanna get back data.

Heres what happend:

My windows10 failed so i used Dell Recovery tool to save photos docs and other data, it got me back to windows 8.1, data was working , but when i updated back to windows 10 i couldnt use program, and fules are saved in diffirent format( i believe) INT. What can i do to get back my data?

No clue what you are taking about.

WIndows 10 uses NTFS file format as does Windows 8.1
