I purchased HR block 2025 see the license key @ Software license tab in My Account, but on the avaliable download I don't see anything for download. When I talk to Dell they keep telling me to go to the digital locker? Anyone has any idea I have tried using chrome and IE on my HP desktop

Hi luozhenyu:
What is your Dell computer model and Windows operating system [if Win 10 or Win 11 open a Run dialog box (Windows key + R) and enter winver to find the version and OS build number]? Was your H&R Block 2025 software purchased together with your computer, or was your H&R Block 2025 software purchased separately through Dell's online software store at https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/software/ar/4020 ?
See steve in california's 31-Dec-2025 topic i CANNOT download the software i purchased from dell. MAGIX Movie Studio 2025 Suite, which includes a link to the October 2025 support article Dell Digital Delivery and Alienware Digital Delivery End of Life Announcement. If your H&R Block 2025 software and Dell computer were purchased together you might be able to download it using the new Dell Optimizer v6.x app (pre-installed at the factory on certain Dell computer models) or via a Microsoft Store app called Dell Purchased Apps.
If you purchased H&R Block 2025 separately from Dell's online software store see the video How to Manage Software Licenses and Subscriptions in Dell My Account.

Hi luozhenyu:
AFAIK the "Dell Digital Locker" now refers to the Software & Subscriptions section of Dell's My Account.
I have never purchased software from Dell's online software store but if I follow the instructions in the video How to Manage Software Licenses and Subscriptions in Dell My Account and log in to Dell My Account at https://www.dell.com/support it clearly states "Software Licensing Central and Dell Digital Locker have moved to My Account: Manage and view your purchases under Software Licenses and Manage Subscriptions." When you contacted Dell customer support for assistance did you click the "Dell Support" link highlighted in my first image below, enter your Order Number and Customer Number, and speak to a live customer service rep (i.e., instead of their AI chat bot)?
From my default Firefox v146.0.1 browser:
Can you post an image of what you see on the Software Licenses tab of your Dell My Account? According to the video How to Manage Software Licenses and Subscriptions in Dell My Account if you go to Actions | Manage and choose "View Details" this should open a new window where you can download your software. From that video:
If that doesn't help try logging in to your Dell My Account at https://www.dell.com/support (use the same email address you used when you purchased H&R Block 2025) with your Microsoft Edge browser. Before logging in go to Settings | Extensions (or enter edge://extensions/ in the address bar) in MS Edge and temporarily disable any installed browser extensions just in case an ad blocker or some other browser add-on is causing issues with Dell My Account. Also go to Settings | Privacy, Search and Services | Security (or enter edge://settings/privacy/security in the address bar) and ensure the Use Microsoft Edge Secure Network setting (i.e., the limited VPN built in to MS Edge) is DISABLED.
If you use a third-party VPN like NordVPN, ExpressVPN, etc. also make sure that VPN is temporarily DISABLED before logging in to Dell My Account.

Hi luozhenyu:
Thanks for the status update. Glad to hear you're making progress.
Be sure to post back and let us know when Dell customer support has fixed this. I recall past instances where a Dell backend server wasn't working correctly and users could not download and/or activate third-party software purchased from Dell - see employee Brad L's 13-Sep-2024 reply in junaid3929's Ms office activation 21 first time activation on my new Inspiron 5440 and Dell techs unable to activate Office 2021 for one example.
