How to download Adobe Acrobat DC when digital downloads doesn't start.

I downloaded Adobe Acrobat DC for my XPS 8910.

The hard drive C crashed.

I have restored Windows 10 onto another drive.

I downloaded Dell's Digital Download.

I started it.  I got the busy wheel for a second.  After 6 hours, nothing no windows.  I checked the Task Manager, no Dell programs are active.

How do I download the Adobe Acrobat DC that I paid for when Dell's digital download doesn't start?

I also downloaded and installed the DDD Fixer and used that version.  Same thing, nothing for hours, no windows, no splash screen, nothing.
