How do I update payment method for my Microsoft 365 subscription???
I purchased a Dell laptop four years ago, with a subscription to Microsoft 365. The credit card that I have used for auto-renewal has expired. I can't find a way to update my payment method in Dell Digital Locker so that the subscription (now lapsed for 12 days) can be renewed. I can edit my address, but not the payment method. The two customer service numbers I called were useless. I tried going directly to Microsoft to pay but they sent me back to Dell Digital Locker. Has anyone figured out how to fix this?? I'm afraid my subscription is going to lapse if I can't get this problem resolved very soon. Thanks.

I am also having this issue and about ready to blow a gasket over it. At least I am not alone. My subscription expires on December 23, 2023.

I have this same problem. How can I get someone to look into the exact issue instead of continuing to tell me to go to Dell Digital Locker -- which does not work.

I don't know if this will help with your particular problem, but see employee Dell-Brad L's 13-Sep-2024 post in junaid3929's Ms office activation 21 first time activation on my new Inspiron 5440 and Dell techs unable to activate Office 2021. There was a problem with a backend licensing server that should be fixed now, so check your Dell Digital Locker again and see if anything has changed.
